The hill in front of the main building: gateway to the forest

The hill in front of the main building is a place to look out over the facility and think about how you will spend your time in the forest. There is Yonna, for looking at plants slowly; Yamashishi, which goes through a forest of ups and downs; and River Song, where people aged ten and over who have booked a guided tour walk along the stream with a guide. Check at reception which way of walking suits your fitness and plans for today. The conditions of use differ for each trail.
