Yonna: taking time to look at the forest

Reading time: about 1 min
Yonna means slowly and at ease. On this trail, the height at which you look around changes as you walk. The interview explained that in the first part you can look at leaves and creatures from a slightly higher viewpoint, while in the latter part you can enjoy plants near the tree roots and the ground. Even in the same forest, you see something different depending on where you look. Rather than trying to remember every name, notice the shape of a single leaf or the way branches spread. To listen to the audio, stop somewhere you will not block the path, and watch your footing while moving. Please stay on the path and observe without touching the plants or animals.
